Team Nsquared landed in Dover at 2340. We were then pulled aside by Customs for the sniffer dog to check the car. This is a first time ever for me – I wonder if it was connected with where we have been? Now passing all the lorries stacked on M20 following chunnel fire and ETA home and a warm bed at 0245.

They have space on 11pm ferry so should sleep in own bed tonight.

120kph on pitch black, unlit Belgian motorway with poor surface

900km so far today and another 360km to Calais. Getting dark now and about to enter the Netherlands.
